doodle writ large

Got the large piece of canvas cotton fabric from Spoonflower with my doodle printed on it. It looks great. This baby measures 60" x 72". That's a large doodle.
Very tempted to start quilting it. But that will have to wait till the others are done. hmmmm.....maybe a banner....or maybe I will just mail it on to my new friend in New York to turn into a coat.

how to make ruffles not look like ruffles.

decided to add another layer to this body. a little underskirting..... she can roll up her outer dress to expose more or less. depending on the mood.

doodle of the day

This pattern reminds me of how I feel today. Hither and thither and yon.

on perfumes

i want a perfume that smells like pine bark mulch 
(sometimes i carry around a nugget in my back pocket for the joy of it.)

and one that smells like earl grey tea for weekends.
